The design of these jacquard socks is inspired from traditional fairisle sweaters crafted in Fair Isle, Scotland. The geometric pattern is carefully and finely knitted for a warm, hand-knitted-like appearance. Each color combination is selected by referring traditional designs, but we try to make it light to brighten up the foot. Although fairisle sweaters are originally made of wool, this pair is knitted with organic cotton for year-round use. Organic cotton yarn used for this item is produced by a unique fuzz-resistant spinning method and is called ‘compact yarn.’
